Please take a few minutes to review these Terms of Service. By using curiobox.ae and purchasing products from CurioBox, you agree to follow these Terms and be bound by them.

1. General

• Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
• Minors (under 18 years of age) shall not register as users of this website and shall not transact on or use the website.
• If you make a payment on our website, the details you submit are provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and familiarity with our merchant policies.

2. Amendments

CurioBox reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this page whenever you purchase from us or use the website. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Pricing, Descriptions & Errors

From time to time, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. CurioBox reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice — including after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel it with a full refund.

4. Website Operations

CurioBox may, without prior notice and without liability, modify or discontinue operation of all or part of this website at any time at its sole discretion, and assumes no obligation to update the website.

5. Security

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of information transmitted to us. This website is hosted on secure servers and uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. When you confirm your purchase, the payment screen opens directly on a secure, PCI DSS compliant payment gateway; your card number is not captured or stored on our servers.

However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from this website, and you do so at your own risk.

6. Online Payment

• Payment processing, verification, validation, and authorization are governed by the terms of the relevant payment service provider and your card issuer.
• CurioBox is not liable for any wrongful, unauthorized, erroneous, or incorrect payment effected between a customer and a payment service provider. Complaints regarding payment functionality should be raised directly with the card issuer or payment provider.
• Our obligation to deliver products arises only after receipt of cleared funds in our account. In the event of short funds being received, we have no obligation to deliver the products.
• We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in UAE Dirham (AED).

7. Offers & Promotions

• Eligibility: promotions are open to all CurioBox customers except where prohibited by law or by the specific promotion's terms. Employees of CurioBox, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Promotional period: each offer runs for a defined period. Extension or early closure is at the company's sole discretion without prior public notification.
• Participation: the participation process (minimum purchase, promo code, etc.) is defined in each respective offer. Where no specific terms are published, these general terms apply.
• No stacking: no two offers, promotions, or discount codes can be combined under any circumstances.
• Limits: unless stated otherwise, limit one entry/redemption per person per email address per promotion. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.
• Returns on promotional purchases: goods purchased during offer periods are not eligible for return or exchange. In case of a suspected manufacturing defect, a qualified technical representative will inspect the product and make the final determination. Products sold as defected/seconds/liquidation stock carry no manufacturing defect claims.
• Integrity: CurioBox reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond our reasonable control impairs its integrity.
• Disputes: promotion-related disputes are governed by UAE law and shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively before a competent court in the UAE. Claims must be raised within the offer period or, at the latest, within 7 days of the promotion's closure.
• Data: by entering a promotion, you agree to the collection and use of your information to process your entry, in line with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• After a promotion ends, its specific terms may be removed from the website after 7 days.

8. Seasonal Sales (White Friday & Similar Campaigns)

• Campaign offers are valid for a limited time and apply exclusively to selected products displayed in the campaign collection.
• Deals are available only to customers within the UAE.
• No additional discount codes can be applied to campaign-discounted products; discount stacking is strictly not allowed.
• Availability is subject to stock; high-demand items may sell out and cannot be guaranteed.
• Due to high order volumes during campaigns, delivery may take 7–10 working days.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.
• Returns and exchanges for campaign items follow our standard Refund & Returns Policy unless otherwise stated.
• CurioBox reserves the right to modify, extend, or end campaign offers at any time without prior notice.

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, and logos — is the property of CurioBox or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Brand names and trademarks of products sold (e.g., manufacturer brands) remain the property of their respective owners.
