Shipping Charges – UAE
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
- Commercial espresso machines and oversized items: due to their weight and handling requirements, these may require special freight arrangements. Our team will contact you after purchase to coordinate delivery details and timing.
3. GCC Shipping – Accessories Only
We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. GCC shipping is available for accessories only — espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment cannot be shipped outside the UAE at this time.
- Delivery time: 4–8 working days.
- Shipping charges: calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and weight.
- If an order containing machines or equipment is placed with a GCC delivery address, our team will contact you; such orders may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our policies.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes (GCC Orders)
- Duties and taxes are not included in the order total. They are additional charges levied by the destination country's customs authorities and vary based on the imported products and local regulations.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the shipping agency upon delivery.
- If a customer refuses to pay applicable duties and taxes, resulting in non-delivery, no refund will be issued. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Delivery Information
- Deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
- Please inspect your package upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
- During major sale campaigns, delivery may take 7–10 working days due to high order volumes.

Refund & Returns Policy
At CurioBox, we hold every order to high quality standards and take great care in packing and delivering your coffee equipment. In the rare instance that something isn't right with your purchase, this policy explains when and how exchanges, returns, and refunds apply.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Your purchase may be eligible for exchange under the following conditions:
- Coffee machines and grinders purchased from curiobox.ae are eligible for exchange for quality-related issues within 2 days of delivery, provided the original packaging and tags are intact and the product is unused.
- Accessories, cleaning products, spare parts, and consumables are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality or manufacturing defect, or arrives damaged. Please photograph any defect as soon as you open the packaging.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted pricing
- Spare parts and consumables
- Used, installed, or descaled machines
- Customized products and special bulk orders
- International orders (outside the UAE)
3. How to Request an Exchange or Return

4. Exchange Process – Quality Issues or Defects
- Pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, and all accessories or inclusions sold as part of the purchase.
- We will arrange a free reverse pickup from the delivery address on your invoice.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes quality inspection. If the issue is confirmed, a replacement unit will be dispatched within standard delivery timelines.
- If a replacement is not immediately available, we may require up to 15 days to arrange one. If we cannot provide a replacement within 15 days, a full refund will be issued for the affected product.
5. Return Process – Non-Defect Returns
- Pack the product in its original packaging with the invoice, labels, tags, and all inclusions.
- We will arrange the return shipment; in this case, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. Refunds
Where your purchase meets the eligibility criteria, our first remedy is always an exchange for a fresh unit. Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Confirmed defect or damage with no replacement available within 15 days: full refund of the product price.
- Customer returns, refused deliveries (RTO), or cancellations (where accepted): refund is processed after deducting applicable charges:

Refund = Product Price − Payment Gateway Charges − Shipping Charges
Tabby / Tamara payments:
Refund = Product Price − Payment Gateway Charges − Tabby/Tamara Fees − Shipping Charges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically reflect within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
7. General Terms
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended.
- Products purchased before a sale period cannot be exchanged during the sale period.
- Please inspect your delivery and ensure the package is in good condition and untampered before signing acceptance.
- If you receive a damaged package, write "Received Damaged" on the delivery receipt when signing with the courier, and retain the original packaging, tags, and invoice until our team completes its review.

8. Warranty Claims
Issues that arise after the 2-day exchange window are handled under the manufacturer's local warranty rather than this returns policy. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, and we will guide you through the warranty service process.
