Coffee Filters — Every Brewer, Every Size, Stocked in the UAE

The filter is the cheapest part of your setup and one of the most consequential. Paper thickness sets your flow rate, flow rate sets your extraction, and a filter that does not fit the brewer lets water run past the coffee entirely. Almost every "my coffee tastes different today" problem traces back here.

Three things worth knowing

Filters are not interchangeable. A cone filter collapses in a flat-bottom brewer and blocks the drain holes. A V60 filter will not line a Chemex. Match the filter to the brewer.
Always rinse before brewing. Ten seconds of hot water removes papery flavour and preheats the dripper and server. Skipping it is the most common cause of a dull cup.
White and natural filter identically. White is oxygen bleached and neutral once rinsed; natural is unbleached and needs a slightly longer rinse. Neither is better in the cup.
