How to brew it
- Water: freshly boiled, 100 °C.

Refund & Returns Policy
At CurioBox we pack and check every order carefully before it leaves our Dubai warehouse. This page explains, plainly, what happens if something is wrong with your order and what our policy is on returns.
1. Returns and exchanges
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on any product. This applies to coffee machines, grinders, accessories, spare parts, cleaning products and consumables alike.
Coffee machines and other large equipment are confirmed with you before shipping, and are heavy and costly to move, so please make sure the model, specification and voltage are right for you before you order. Our team is happy to talk you through the options first — just ask.
2. Warranty — faults and manufacturing defects
Every product we sell is sourced through authorised channels and carries the manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops a fault, the warranty is the route to a repair or replacement, and we will help you through it.
Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will put you in touch with the correct service channel and follow it through with you.
3. Damaged in transit or incorrect item
A product that arrives damaged, or an order that contains the wrong item, is not a return — it is our mistake or the courier's, and we will put it right.
Please check your delivery before signing. If the box is visibly damaged, write "Received Damaged" on the courier's delivery receipt. Then contact us within 2 days of delivery with:
- Your order number and date of purchase
- Clear photos of the item and of the packaging it arrived in
- A short description of the problem
Keep the original packaging and invoice until we have completed our review. We will respond within 3 working days and arrange a free collection where a replacement is due.
4. Order cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible at sales@curiobox.ae if you need to cancel. Once an order has been processed for shipping it can no longer be cancelled.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is due — a confirmed defect or damage with no replacement available, or an order we cancel at our end — it is issued to the original payment method and typically appears within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
