Oscar Mood and Oscar II are the compact single-group machines — genuine commercial technology in a body small enough for a home kitchen, an office or a boutique cafe. The Oscar Mood is semi-automatic with PID temperature control, which is the feature that keeps shot-to-shot temperature stable. The Oscar II uses heat-exchange brewing with a professional steam wand.

Appia Life is the workhorse. The 1 Group volumetric suits cafes, catering, mobile carts and kiosks; the 2 and 3 group versions are the machines to specify for a busy coffee shop, restaurant or hotel where reliability matters more than anything on the spec sheet.
