Coffee Blends
A blend combines beans from several origins to build a profile that stays the same season after season. Where a single origin shifts as each harvest lands, a blend is designed to be repeatable — which is exactly what you want when you are pulling the same shot every morning.
Blends are usually the better choice for espresso and for milk drinks. The chocolate, caramel and nut notes that come through a cappuccino are far easier to build in a blend than to find in one farm's coffee.
Pair one with a grinder and a milk pitcher, and read our Spanish latte recipe for what to do with it.
