Hario V60 Coffee Server
Hario V60 Coffee Server — Heatproof Glass Server with Cup Markings, 450 ml and 700 ml
The server is the half of a pour-over setup nobody thinks about until they own a bad one. This is Hario's own — heatproof glass that takes boiling water poured into it every morning, with measurement lines marked for each number of cups so you can brew to a ratio without reaching for a scale.
Available in 450 ml (VCS-01B) and 700 ml (VCS-02B). Made in Japan, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe with or without the lid. Stocked in the UAE by CurioBox and delivered across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Not sure? 700 ml is the safer buy for most households — it still brews a single cup, and you are not capped at two. Choose 450 ml if you only ever brew for yourself and counter space is tight.

Using it well
- Preheat it. Rinse the paper filter with hot water straight into the server, then tip it out — one step, two jobs.
- Brew to the line, not to the clock. The markings are there so you can hit a ratio reliably.
- Lid on after brewing if the second cup is more than a few minutes away.
- Wash the same day. Coffee oils stain glass if they sit, and a stained server tastes like the last brew.

Refund & Returns Policy
At CurioBox we pack and check every order carefully before it leaves our Dubai warehouse. This page explains, plainly, what happens if something is wrong with your order and what our policy is on returns.
1. Returns and exchanges
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on any product. This applies to coffee machines, grinders, accessories, spare parts, cleaning products and consumables alike.
Coffee machines and other large equipment are confirmed with you before shipping, and are heavy and costly to move, so please make sure the model, specification and voltage are right for you before you order. Our team is happy to talk you through the options first — just ask.
2. Warranty — faults and manufacturing defects
Every product we sell is sourced through authorised channels and carries the manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops a fault, the warranty is the route to a repair or replacement, and we will help you through it.
Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will put you in touch with the correct service channel and follow it through with you.
3. Damaged in transit or incorrect item
A product that arrives damaged, or an order that contains the wrong item, is not a return — it is our mistake or the courier's, and we will put it right.
Please check your delivery before signing. If the box is visibly damaged, write "Received Damaged" on the courier's delivery receipt. Then contact us within 2 days of delivery with:
- Your order number and date of purchase
- Clear photos of the item and of the packaging it arrived in
- A short description of the problem
Keep the original packaging and invoice until we have completed our review. We will respond within 3 working days and arrange a free collection where a replacement is due.
4. Order cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible at sales@curiobox.ae if you need to cancel. Once an order has been processed for shipping it can no longer be cancelled.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is due — a confirmed defect or damage with no replacement available, or an order we cancel at our end — it is issued to the original payment method and typically appears within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
