Single Origin Coffee
Single origin means the coffee comes from one farm, one co-operative or one region, rather than being blended. You taste the place — the variety, the altitude, the way the cherry was processed — instead of a house style built for consistency.
Every bag here lists the origin, the altitude, the variety and the process, taken from what the roaster publishes rather than invented for marketing. Filter roasts are lighter and show acidity and florals; espresso roasts are developed further for body and sweetness in milk.
New to single origin? Start with an Ethiopian natural for fruit, a Brazilian for chocolate, or a washed Rwandan or Kenyan for something clean and tea-like. Brew them in a pour over dripper and you will taste the difference most clearly.
