Filter Coffee Beans
Filter roasts are lighter than espresso roasts. Less development means more of the origin survives — the florals, the acidity, the fruit — which is what a pour over is for.
These are the bags to brew in a V60, a Chemex or a batch brewer. They will taste sour and thin if you put them through an espresso machine, so match the roast to the method.
