Espresso Coffee Beans
Coffee roasted specifically for espresso — developed further than a filter roast, so it dissolves properly under pressure and keeps its sweetness through milk.
You can pull espresso with almost any coffee, but a filter roast in a portafilter usually tastes sour and thin because it has not been roasted to extract that fast. If you own a machine, start here.
Available in 250 g and 1 kg, whole beans or ground. Buy whole bean if you can: ground coffee stales within days, and a grinder improves your shot more than a more expensive bag will.
